Calculation of air flow necessary for general ventilation

Input Data
In a technological hall in the process of solvent technology releases occur.
The technological process is a process for preparing the lakes:
-solvent 1: Q = 0.6 kg / h, Ca1 = 0.04mg / l
-solvent 2: Q = 0.3 kg / h, Ca2 = 0.3 mg / l
-solvent 3 : Q = 0.2 kg / h, Ca3 = 0.4 mg / l
Meanwhile hall is released and sent to summer heat flow 25400W.
If technology is a hall inside your  ti = 35 º C and a temperature te = 31 º C.

Output Data
You need to determine the airflow required for general ventilation technology hall.
I. The first phase will determine the necessary flow of diluting solvent in hygienic limits .
D = 600 : 0.04 + 300 : 0.3 + 200 : 0.4
D = 15000 + 1000 + 500
D = 16500 m3 /h

II.For lower internal temperature necessary flow of fresh air:
D = Q : [ 0.24 x Ϋ ( ti -te ) ]    m3 /h
D = 25400 : [ 0.24 x 1.17( 35 – 31 ) ]  = 22614 m3 /h ; Ϋ = 1.17
General ventilation should be made with air flow 22,614 m3/ h, thermal conditions necessary for compliance and coating to meet the condition igienice.In this case was presumed to have been respected and provided for protection against incendiilor.In practice is required to perform calculations needed to verify this condition.

Warning!
The most economical conditions for securing the second consists of the installation location of the suction holes exhaust air (mixed with solvents and releases of heat) as close to the sources of harm and bad air in the direction that one gets by natural.
So part of the contaminant is discharged from the hall before entering the technology space halei.Cantitatea remaining solvent vapor to mix with fresh air will be less and the resulting concentration will have a value that can cover areas that local conditions would lead to incomplete dilution of pollutants.
