Calculation of rainfall for framing roofs

S = 40m²

H: rain intensity

H = 75mm/h

It will calculate the amount of water to be collected

V : volume of water to be collected

V = 40 x 75 : 3600 = 0.83 litri/sec

V = 0.83 litri/sec    This value will determine the main criterion for choosing the entire collection, from gutters and downspouts and then channel up homes to the sewage collector

Selection criteria of collection system

Gutter assembling

1.Adhesive application

• 1.Cut the profile to the desired  length using a normal metal saw and remove rough parts with sandpaper
• 2.Clean the surface to be glued using a detergent for PVC
• 3.Apply the glue using or directly from the tube on the extremity of the gutter and at the joint or stopend cap.
• 4.Join within two minutes and hold in place for a few seconds allowing the glue to set
• 5.After 24 hours test the holdfor the glue.

2.Gasket mounting

• The gasket will be mounted in special designed holes on juntion and sewage joints.
• After you have inserted the head in the loint’s slot,you have to rotate the gutter until the other edge will be fixed in a semicircular slot.
